For the first phase of this ongoing project, we designed and managed the renovation of a raw loft that was converted into a three-bedroom family home. Charming architectural details were uncovered during demolition, including brick walls, hulking oak columns and industrial steel beams. These features were expertly restored to create a backdrop offering contrast to the classic and expansive kitchen that sits at the heart of the home. Warm marbles in the bathrooms, custom milled built-ins and bespoke furnishings create a comfortable and luxurious home for a young family. Stay tuned for photos of Phase 2!
