Two pre-war penthouse apartments in the heart of Manhattan's West Village were meticulously merged and restored to create a single space suitable for both family living and formal entertaining. Working with architecture firm Hottenroth + Joseph and seasoned contractor Johnny Donadic, we embarked on a two-year gut renovation. Every detail was carefully considered and expertly built, like the hand-milled kitchen cabinetry, solid oak wall paneling and custom cast plaster-work. We designed bespoke furniture to complement the classical architecture and to create a serene living space. The multi-level wrap-around terraces were furnished with a limestone bar, as well as multiple seating and dining areas for entertaining.
