We embarked on a one-year gut renovation of this Greek revival townhouse in the historic district of Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. The outdated interior was stripped to the studs and the space reworked to merge three apartments into a single-family home. Our team selected from stockpiled favorites and paired hand-painted wall-coverings and sculptural antiques with modern, functional furnishings. The outcome is a layered and intriguing space that is practical and comfortable for a young family with active children.
